Rehoboth Beach Museum: ‘Emerging Delaware: Maps from the Preston Schell Collection, 1628-1868’

‘Emerging Delaware: Maps from the Preston Schell Collection, 1628-1868’ traces how Delaware emerged – through contested colonial claims, cartographic errors, legal disputes, and evolving political identity – from invisible territory to independent state. The exhibition can be seen at Rehoboth Beach Museum. The museum is closed on Wednesdays.
